   Royalty-free License Agreement For ThreadJack Software

This Royalty-Free Public License Agreement for ThreadJack Software
("License") is a legal agreement between you("Licensee") - either an
individual or a single entity) and Eiwa System Management, Inc.("ESM")
for NON-COMMERCIAL or EVALUATION use of ThreadJack("Software").
Any COMMERCIAL use is subject to a different license.

Licensee may use, copy, distribute or modify the Software provided;
 

(1) Non-commercial or evaluation use. and
(2) Redistribution of source code or object code of the Software
    with or without modification and any work derived from the Software,
    retain the above copyright notice and this License.

A "non-commercial use" is:

(1) using the Software NOT for Licensee's business operations, and
(2) Any using, copying, distribution or modification of the Software
    or any work derived from the Software to any party where payment or other
    consideration is NOT made in connection with such using, copying, distribution
    or modification.

Especially, using in colleges, universities, schools and in any
educational organization or using for research purpose(even in company)
is non-commercial.

An "evaluation use" is:

(1) evaluating the Software for within 2 months, with future potential
    intention of commercial use.

RESTRICTIONS.

The Software is licensed, not sold.  All title and copyrights in and to
the Software including documentation are owned exclusively by ESM.
Licensee may not sublicense, assign or transfer this LICENSE.

In evaluation use, Licensee shall either stop using the Software and
any work derived from the Software within 2 month(from the date of
download) or contact ESM to switch this license over to commercial
license(not free).

NO WARRANTIES.

ESM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE.  THE SOFTWARE
IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
