自分の経験では、生産性は上がらず、残業、ストレス、惨め・・・
そんなとこでXPをやろうと悩んでいるより、全速で逃げ出したら！
Unfortunately, none of these conditions is true. As a result, my memories
of matrix management are of spoiled productivity, overtime, stress, and
intense unhappiness. Perhaps it actually works in some places. It did not
where I worked, and I have trouble imagining how to solve the human problems
it causes.
Do not worry about how to practice XP in such an environment. Instead, run
away as swiftly as your feet will carry you.
