と訳してはどうでしょう?

こんなソフトウェアハウス作ってみたいです。でも、顧客は本当に来るの出しょうか?
顧客は一言「xxを作ってください。」といって、スペックはベンダー任せが多いので
はないでしょうか?顧客はスペックなんて考えたくないでしょう。
