I saw your pages and found them very interesting and
educational. We are discussing XP in a Japanese mailing
list "extremeprograming-jp@....jp".

I'd like to ask you for permission to translating and
discussing your XPractices;

in our mailing list for study. I don't have further
plans(like publishing it on a web site) yet. 

I haven't found any XP projects in Japan yet, but
I'm eager to try XPractices in the near future.
